1. DELIVERY

 

What are the shipping and delivery times?

  • Standard delivery

Transport provider for standard deliveries:

Metropolitan France: colissimo

Belgium: colissimo

England: colissimo

After receiving your order, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to our shipping service provider. Once you have received a shipping confirmation from us, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days in France. Shipping to other European countries is also done within 5-7 working days.

If you were not present during the delivery, you can schedule a new one.

For this, please choose directly on your tracking link, a new delivery date to your address or to collect your shipment directly from the collection point of your choice.

Please note: in the event of special events such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, it may take up to 5-7 working days to process your order. Delivery times may increase if your order volume is particularly high.

If you still have not received your package after 15 working days, please contact us through our helpdesk by selecting "Order Status".

 

  • COVID-19 Information :

Please note that recent government restrictions in some European regions may cause your packages to be delayed.

 

  • The questions you can ask yourself :

I have chosen as the place of delivery the depot at a place of my choice, what is the difference with a regular delivery?

If you decide to deliver your package to a location of your choice at the address indicated (for example, patio or garage), please ensure that the location you choose is safe. You are responsible for this type of delivery. If the package cannot be found at the location of your choice, neither BOUJEE ND CO. nor our service provider will cover the losses. Please contact us in order to find a suitable solution for your particular case.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. Once the order is in transit, you will receive a shipping confirmation. You can simply click on "Track my package" and you will be automatically redirected to the shipping provider's page and can read any updates regarding the status of your package.

What are the shipping fees ?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package. 

For shipments to France, we charge between € 4.95 and € 7.99 per order. For any order of 35 €, shipping is free.

 

For shipments to England, Belgium and Spain, we invite you to refer to the price list, by clicking on the following link:

For any order in the amount of 50 €, shipping is free.

All our orders are shipped from France. That is why there are no customs duties or import taxes in the EU.

In the future, and when delivery of orders outside the EU, eg Switzerland, becomes available, additional charges may apply. Please note that depending on the country there are different regulations regarding customs duty or import sales tax.

These charges go 100% to customs in the respective receiving country and must be covered by the customer.

If you refuse to accept the order, the costs will still be charged. These charges will be deducted from your credit in the event of a return shipment.

 

My package arrived damaged on delivery, should I accept it?

If your package is severely damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and let the package return to our warehouse.

However, if you accepted a damaged package, please check whether the products received are damaged. If they are, please contact us via the email address: info@boujeendco.com

 

 

2. RETURN

Please enter your email address and order number to begin your return request. If you have already requested a return, you can re-enter your details to access the summary of your request.
